Director of Clinical Practice

I hold a B.S. in Cardiopulmonary Care from UCF and have specialized in Critical Care. I joined the faculty at Valencia in 2008. I continue to work at Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical care ICU and emergency department at Central Florida’s only level 1 trauma center. Previously, I worked for a local pediatric home care company servicing 8 counties in Central Florida. My role was providing equipment and education for families with premature babies as they were discharged from area hospitals.

Prior to entering the health care field I worked in recreation and leisure as Waterfront Director for FSU’s Seminole Reservation. This open water facility is used by student who were involved or introduced to outdoor activities such as canoeing, kayaking, sailing, skiing, wall climbing, ropes courses, and much more.
