SKILLSHOPS

Do you want to develop some real-life skills? Remember, life is full of challenges. Students should be well prepared in a wide variety of areas because they are faced with stress, competition, and social and academic pressures. To enhance our students' educational experiences,  Valencia offers a series of collegewide workshops called skillshops every Fall and Spring term to address some of these issues.

Things you should Know about Skillshops:

• No charge - they're free to all current Valencia students
• No registration needed - just show up on time with your student ID
• No limit - take as many Skillshops as you want
• No tests or homework
• No credit - although you learn plently, you get no college credit for taking Skillshops
• Skillshops are offered at convinient times and locations
