Change of Major

To change your major, you must complete, sign and submit the Student Records Information Form below to any campus Answer Center.

PLEASE NOTE:
Valencia Community College cannot process your requests via e-mail, fax or over the telephone. Both Federal and State laws on student privacy require that we have your original signature on the request.

A request must be completed by using the Student Records Information Form above and can be sent by mail or dropped off in-person at the Answer Center. You may also obtain and complete the change of major form on campus in one of our Answer Center locations.
