Have you ever dreamt you went to class in your pajamas?
Make your dream a reality.

Log on to view your streaming video lessons ON LINE in WebCT at: http://webct6.valenciacc.edu/  If you watch at home, you will need a high speed internet connection to be able to see your videos. If you are on campus you may access your programs at any computer lab or LRC computer.

Video on Demand: Come-as-you-are education.

Valencia Video on Demand is the campus that comes to you. Dozens of credit courses are available via streaming videos on your computer or conveniently scheduled broadcasts on cable television. These include high speed internet streaming videos,  televised lessons or multimedia supporting materials and on-campus sessions. Let go of your frustrating rush hour commute and learn at home.

To enroll in a video on demand course you must do the following:

  1. Follow all Valencia admission requirements.
  2. Seek assistance through the Advising and Counseling Center regarding your career and educational planning.
  3. Register online for the course or courses you wish to take.
  4. Have high speed internet or receive Valencia Television programming at home
  5. Attend the mandatory orientation to meet the facilitator and receive course. requirements.
  6. Obtain textbooks from a Valencia bookstore at a campus location or at valenciacc.edu/bookstore, or by calling
    407-299-5000, ext. 1771.
  7. Attend two or more review sessions at Valencia (some may be held on Saturdays.)
  8. Complete all course requirements including two or
    more examinations given on campus (some may be held on Saturdays).

Media lessons are available from the following sources:

HIGH SPEED INTERNET- Once you register you will be able to log on to a password protected environment to watch the video lessons on the demand. All you need is a high-speed internet connection at home. You may also watch your lessons on any computer at any campus.

TV/CABLE – Tune in to Valencia Television through an Orange or Osceola county-based cable provider, Adelphia (Channel 2) or Bright House (99 or 1). Courses are broadcast multiple times each week. If you are unable to view Valencia Television in your area, you can view the programs at any of Valencia’s Learning Resource Centers or rent copies of telecourses from a company called RMI (800-745-5480).
