How do I enter final grades?
Please refer to Inputting
Final Grades.
How do I know if my grades were submitted correctly?
You will receive a message that says, "You have
successfully updated class grades".
When will students be able to see their grades?
Students will not be able to see their grades until we
"roll" them into history, a process that will start
shortly after the grade submission deadline.
Why does the grade field say "Not Gradable"?
This indicates that a grade has been automatically assigned
(i.e. the student is auditing the your course "X" or
has withdrawn before the withdrawal deadline "W").
Check the "Registration Status" field of the student
to verify the student has withdrawn or has audited the course.
Why can't I enter the last date of attendance?
The last date of attendance can be entered only on students
who have a withdrawal status in the "Registration
Status" field. Please refer to Withdrawing
a Student.
How do I assign a "WP" or "WF" to a
student?
If a student is withdrawn after the withdrawal deadline, a
automated process runs to give faculty the option of
"WP" and "WF" in the grade drop-down
list on the Final Grade worksheet. If these grade
options do not appear, make sure the student has a withdrawal
status in the "Registration
Status" field. Please refer to Withdrawing
a Student.
What should I put in attendance hours?
It is okay to leave the attendance hours blank
