Renewing Materials

Here's How:

1. Click on the button labeled "Go to LINCC Account"

2. Click on My Account

3. Type in your 14-digit Borrower ID number

4. Type in your PIN number (last four digits of your VID Number)

5. Select Valencia Community College

6. Log on

7. Click on Loans

8. Click on the title of the book

9. Click on renew

Please note that you can only renew items on or before the item's due date.

Lost Material Refunds

EFFECTIVE  August 28, 2006
Library patrons are entitled to a refund for lost material payments with the stipulation that the material is examined and evaluated by library staff to be acceptable for replacement into circulation, and the material has been returned within 30 days of the payment date.  Refunds will not be issued more than 30 days past payment date.  Lost material refunds exclude the $5.00 nonrefundable processing fee.

Exceptions:

• Patrons who paid lost fees prior to August 28, 2006 , will be eligible for a refund until September 27, 2006 .
• Under special circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of one of the campus Library Directors
