Activate Your Library Borrower ID Number
Your library Borrower ID number is the number that is located on the back of your Valencia picture ID card.
Valencia ID cards issued prior to August 12, 2008, use a 14-digit number starting with 25901, as shown on the right. This Borrower ID number must be validated before it can be used to access full-text resources online.

| Valencia ID cards issued August 12, 2008 or later use the VID number as the Borrower ID. Valencia ID cards issued to NEW students, faculty and staff, FIRST registered or employed August 12, 2008 or later, do NOT need to be validated. Replacement cards DO need to be validated. |
| If you have not obtained a Valencia picture ID card, the library will designate your VID number as your Borrower ID. |
