The Professional Development programs offered through Leadership Valencia are for ALL Valencia faculty and staff.

Leadership Valencia programs are designed for the target audiences listed but are open to all employees unless a restriction is noted.

The term "managers" includes all staff who have responsibility for managing employees and resources at Valencia.
