Annual Learning-Centered
Planning and Evaluation
Cycle
ANNUAL LEARNING-CENTERED
PLANNING AND EVALUATION CYCLE
1.The President's
Council, which includes provosts and vice presidents, reviews, revises,
and accepts the annual CSP, based on input from planning meetings,
councils, committees, administrative units, and focus groups.
2.Academic, student
services, and administrative units prepare unit plans annually,
based on the College's strategic goals.
3.The Institutional
Studies Committee, under the direction of the Director of Institutional
Research, provides standard, analytic, and ad hoc reports throughout
the year for use by various user groups in evaluating success in
achieving learning-centered results.
4.The Institutional
Research Office publishes the Strategic Indicators Report, the Collegewide
Indicators Report, and other documents periodically throughout the
year, which present displays of data and information detailing the
college's progress in addressing identified state and institutional
outcome measures.
5.Reports are
made to the District Board of Trustees and to faculty and staff
annually regarding the College's progress in achieving its strategic
goals and objectives.
