The Diocese of Orlando began a journey in 1983 when it agreed to enter a sister relationship with the Diocese of San Juan de la Maguana in the Dominican Republic. Since that time hundreds of lives have been affected by this journey both in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.

Do you have a desire to help others or work with children? Then sign up to accompany Valencia students and staff on this amazing service trip to La Cucarita. You will teach creative arts to youth while experiencing a new culture, improving your Spanish and making new friends. This trip gives you an opportunity to learn and serve, to put classroom learning to work, and to make a difference in your own life and the lives of others.
