Valencia Community College is committed to maintaining
the equity and integrity of our classification and compensation
systems. Valencia Community College participates in internal and
external-market salary surveys. Market data collected from these
surveys are among the factors we use to ensure that our total compensation
packages are consistent and comparable to labor markets with similar
services being performed.
Once a year, requests for reclassification are accepted.
Below is the timeline for 2007-2008.
All three forms necessary to submit a request for
reclassification are in links below the timeline. Each of these
must be completed in its entirety in order to be considered for
review.
