The Background of Valencia’s Hospitality & Tourism Institute

Valencia’s Hospitality & Tourism Institute, started in 1996, is located in one of the world’s fastest growing areas – Orlando, Florida.This provides a real-life “laboratory” for learning with lots of instructor interaction – an average student-to-instructor ratio of 22 to 1.Valencia’s Hospitality & Tourism Institute partners with several area establishments, including a workplace with over 100,000 hotel rooms, over 4,000 food and beverage locations, beaches, attractions, shopping, and conventions, enabling students to intern and work in the hospitality area of their choice during their stay at Valencia and beyond.

The Hospitality Programs are housed together in the new 61,000 sq. ft. state of the art Walt Disney World Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts located on Valencia's West Campus.
