The Business Office at Valencia Community College is the department to inquire and resolve any questions pertaining to your financial obligations with the college. We strive to provide you with accurate information, to allow a seamless transition through the registration process.

The majority of funding for continued operations at Valencia is determined by the Florida Legislature. Therefore, required fees and other financial policies are dictated by Florida statute.

Bank Change for Valencia

Valencia has changed its banking partner from Bank of America to Fifth Third Bank.  As of June 12, 2009, all checks issued from Payroll (green checks) will be issued from Fifth Third Bank.  This is good news for you.  Fifth Third will cash College issued checks at all their branches with NO FEE TO YOU.

Our offices are open Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with the exception of our Winter Park Campus which is open Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm excluding college holidays .
