How can I obtain forms?

Download forms HERE. If you prefer, you can visit the Valencia Information Station on your campus.

Where do I submit financial aid forms or documents?

  1. Submit your FAFSA online at fafsa.ed.gov.
  2. To bring documents in person, visit the Answer Center on your campus. You may request a receipt for the documents you turned in.
  3. To mail your forms:
