Requests for Proposals

In accordance with College Policy 6Hx28:11-12, it is required that all construction contractors be pre-qualified based on rules prescribed by the Commissioner of Education.   The process for pre-qualification of construction contractors is held once a year beginning in the month of May.  The one-year period for pre-qualified contractors is August 1 - July 31.

To submit an application to become a pre-qualified construction contractor, please visit the Procurement Web page at: http://valenciacc.edu/procurement/bids.asp.   Advertisement starts in May.

Only pre-qualified contractors will be able to bid on projects.
