The Writing Center helps all students with a variety of writing projects. Our writing consultants can assist students at any stage of the writing process. All of our professional consultants have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in an English-related discipline and are trained to assist students across the curriculum. Resources available include:

CPT Workshops

English and reading CPT Workshops are available to qualified students. CPT Workshops are scheduled on specific dates and times. Please stop by the Writing Center for more information or contact us.

Walk-in help for the CPT is available Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Power Workshops

Attend a free Power Workshop and boost your academic performance! Power Workshops cover a variety of grammar, writing, and reading topics. Sessions are available throughout the semester and are open to any Valencia student. To sign up for a workshop, please visit the Writing Center. Seats are limited, so sign up today.
