BREAKING NEWS

Kelly replaces McDonald!

Advanced Specialized Coordinator James McDonald recently accepted a Professor position in Valencia's Criminal Justice Degree Program.  James' last day will be Monday, August 18th.

Recently retired OPD Officer Steve Kelly has been hired as the new Advanced / Specialized Coordinator.   Steve's new office will be immediately next to Dave Heffernan's office in the main CJI Adminsitration area.

There is a new CJSTC Form 81 dated 11/8/07.  This is the only form that I will accept for instructor applications.  The instructor evaluations that were reviewed with the applicant must be attached to the Form 81 and will be maintained in the training file! (This is a new practice.)

The CJSTC Form 81 was re-written and is used to sign off both the general instructor internship and the high liability internships.

Please brief each class on the following guidance:

VALENCIA CJI LOGO SHIRTS:

I've had quite a few inquiries recently about ordering polo shirts with the CJI Logo.  Payment for these shirts is the responsibility of the employee. I encourage you to wear the CJI logo shirts and proudly show your affiliatiation with Valencia Community College and this outstanding criminal justice training center.

The PDF link below is to a shirt order form.  If you can't open the file, contact Krys at Central Florida Tactical, 531 S. Econ Circle, Suite 1001, Oviedo, FL 32765.
