Program Description:

Searching for the answers to these questions is the goal of any thriving company. These questions are also at the heart of Valencia's Business Administration degree. Students will develop the business prowess and managerial "know-how" to become valuable assets to any company. Using input from hundreds of the country's best employers about their changing job needs, Valencia is constantly evolving this degree to include the latest business skills. Specialized instruction is included in accounting and finance, business law and economics, management, marketing, and human resources. And just as important, students also learn the psychology behind making any company profitable and efficient.
