As a strategic partner with Valencia's leadership, we develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to support the learning-centered mission of the College. Our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR information and employee services, and regulatory compliance.
