HR NOTES for Support Staff, Supervisors & Managers

Have you been trained on the Human Resources on-line Recruitment and Hiring System?

As part of the move to Banner, Human Resources implemented an on-line recruitment and job description management system called PeopleAdmin in April 2007. This system will allow authorized personnel to electronically perform many of the tasks associated with recruitment, position classification and job description maintenance.

This system will automate the application, and screening/selection processes.   PeopleAdmin allows us to have a paperless process, and will help us to expedite the recruitment and hiring process.

If you are a Supervisor/Manager, Department Head, Provost, or Vice President, you can attend a training to help you become better acquainted with the system. If you have already been through training, you do not need to attend training again.  Anyone who recruits for a vacancy must have a user ID. In order for us to issue a user ID, you must attend this training.  If you have not already done so, please ensure that you contact Jennifer Page (x8032) to schedule the required training as soon as possible.
