Have you been trained on the new Recruitment/Hiring System?

As part of the move to Banner, Human Recourses is in the process of implementing a new recruitment and job description management system called PeopleAdmin. This system will allow authorized personnel to electronically perform many of the tasks associated with recruitment, position classification and job description maintenance.

As part of this project, we have done some process improvement work that should help us to be more efficient and speed up the process. This system will also automate the application, and screening/selection processes.   We have converted to a new recruitment management/applicant tracking system called PeopleAdmin.  PeopleAdmin allows us to have a paperless process, and will help us to expedite the recruitment and hiring process.

If you are a Supervisor/Manager, Department Head, Provost, or Vice President, you can attend a training to help you become better acquainted with the system. If you have already been through training, you do not need to attend training again.  Anyone who recruits for a vacancy must have a user ID. In order for us to issue a user ID, you must attend this training.  If you have not already done so, please ensure that you contact Jennifer Page (x8032) to schedule the required training as soon as possible.
